Why a Guided Tour is the Best Way to “Rent” a Jet Ski in Key West
Many guests come to us looking for a traditional, free-range Jet Ski rental. However, the waters around Key West are tricky. They are filled with shallow sandbars, protected marine sanctuaries and restricted Naval/military zones. Because of this, traditional jet ski rentals force you to ride in tiny, restricted boxes no bigger than a football field.
We don’t want you stuck in a box! We want you to see the island. That’s why Barefoot Billy’s offers the ultimate jet ski ‘rental’ alternative: our 90-minute Guided Island Tour. You still get your own high-powered Yamaha Jet Ski, but instead of driving in circles, our expert local guides lead you safely through the open waters, past local landmarks and into the Gulf of Mexico where you can truly open up the throttle.
We have been chartering guided jetski tours in Key West for over 35 years and trust us, this is the jetski experience you are looking for. We will take you 28 miles and completely circle the island of Key West. Our jetski tours start and end on Key West’s largest private beach, giving guests a truly unique experience. Book your jetski tour today!
